The brief Cream Centre is a family restaurant chain with thirteen restaurants across India. They wanted to start their social media and digital marketing initiatives to bring about more awareness about the brand, their menus, and their offers. They also wanted to implement marketing campaigns to increase their online orders.
The approach Within six months, we were able to increase Instagram followers from 0 to 2,101 and counting. Through our content strategy and engaging creatives, we managed to increase the weekly reach to 1,000+ people, 6500+ impressions, and more than 400+ profile visits. Average post likes varied from 70 –80 with story views averaging between 150-180. We increased brand and product awareness through campaigns & influencer marketing, leading to a 2x increase in monthly online orders.
